Peanut Butter Organic Plum Asian Noodles with Vegetables


 Namaste Asian Peanut Butter Noodles with Vegetables
 You might try organic buckwheat noodles, with a lower glycemic index. These noodles
are easy to find in a health food grocery. The Plum flavored noodles are a beautiful pink
when cooked, their flavor is mild and not sweet, they may have extra antioxidants.

The Peanut Butter Sauce is fantastic and easy, great for many dishes, kids love it too.

Cook your noodles according to the 
package directions;
Chop and blanch any veggies you like, 
(in a pinch a frozen bag 
of stir fry veggies will work)
And you can supplement it with 
fresh too; Nappa Cabbage sliced 
thin don't cook it's ready to eat, 
fresh spinach, diced red peppers, 
broccoli slaw, etc...
Peanut Butter Sauce
2  Heaping Tbs natural peanut butter 
(without trans-fat or corn syrup)
1  Tbs  Tamari Soy Sauce 
or Braggs Liquid Aminos 
(vitamins & minerals)
2 Tbs warm water
(it mixes with the peanut butter easier)
2 Tbs honey or natural brown sugar
1 tsp rice or apple vinegar
1 Tbs grapeseed oil
2 - 3 drops toasted sesame oil
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
pinch of cayenne if you like it
That's it easy, you can keep it in the 
fridge for a couple of weeks,
try it on fresh salad greens or cabbage 
or stir fry veggies or for chicken...
You can add some fresh basil 
to this very nice, or cilantro
TIP  Don't dress your noodles until 
the last minute, can be served hot or cold
